Your tasks<\/h2><\/div>

As an IT product manager, you will support our product team in the continuous development of our software solutions for highly regulated areas and critical infrastructures. You will ensure that we develop outstanding solutions that inspire your team, our customers and other stakeholders alike. You will oversee the entire process of developing new product features, from conception, interface design, and user stories through implementation, quality assurance, and documentation all the way to market launch. Together with the Product Owner, you will be responsible for cost calculation, project management, controlling, and reporting, and will help design a roadmap that aligns with our product strategy. Depending on the industry focus, the products you manage will focus on <\/p>\n

  • With the BAYOOSOFT Risk Manager on manufacturers of IVD and medical devices or<\/li>\n
  • With BAYOOSOFT Access Manager and gpg4o in the field of IT security.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>

    Your profile<\/h2><\/div>
      \n
    • Completed studies in the field of (business) informatics or a comparable qualification<\/li>\n
    • Practical experience in project or product management of demanding software projects\/products<\/li>\n
    • Experience with agile methods such as Scrum & Kanban<\/li>\n
    • Experience with industry-specific requirements is an advantage<\/li>\n
    • Process and customer-oriented thinking<\/li>\n
    • Experience with enterprise IT infrastructure environments is an advantage<\/li>\n
    • Very good written and spoken German and English skills<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

You are able to actively listen and analyze customer requirements in a well-founded manner and have a high degree of independence as well as the ability to work in a team.
