You develop innovative architectures and software concepts for mobile, cloud, web, desktop and IoT solutions in agile projects, select suitable frameworks and are the technical contact for team members and international customers.
Account Executive (m/f/d) – Software for Technical Documentation & Management SystemsYou win strategic key accounts for BAYOOSOFT Themis in the field of technical documentation for medical devices, IVD and QMS/ISMS, guide interested parties through standards-driven decision-making processes and position the solution as an enabler for compliance and auditability.
You will acquire new customers for BAYOOSOFT IAM solutions in regulated industries, guide prospective customers through complex decision-making processes, be responsible for discovery, evaluation, negotiation and closing and further develop strategic sales partners in the co-selling model.
You will support existing BAYOOSOFT customers in the IAM, TecDoc and QMS/ISMS environment from onboarding to renewal, identify cross-selling and upselling potential and ensure sustainable user success and customer satisfaction through scalable support models.
- (Presales) Solution Consultant (m/f/d) – Identity & Access Management (IAM)
You provide technical advice to interested parties in the area of Identity & Access Management, conduct live demos and proof-of-concepts, accompany account executives through complex evaluation processes and position BAYOOSOFT as an IAM expert at trade fairs and conferences.
You will support the BAYOOSOFT team with operational tasks relating to reporting, data analysis, presentations, process documentation and minor automation using tools such as n8n, thus ensuring transparent and structured processes.
You will be responsible for the technical development of the BAYOOSOFT product portfolio, set architecture and AI guidelines, ensure compliance under the Cyber Resilience Act and act as a sparring partner for management, product management and development teams.
You design the architecture of standardized BAYOOSOFT products over the entire life cycle, ensure maintainability, scalability and security-by-design and translate customer-specific requirements into viable, product-ready solutions.
- IT Project Manager (m/f/d) – focus on configured software solutions & mainframe
You will manage customer projects for the configuration and introduction of BAYOOSOFT solutions (Access Manager, gpg4o, Themis), advise customers, coordinate project teams and supervise key account management in the mainframe area.
You will support our product owners in the further development of BAYOOSOFT software solutions for IT security and MedTech, from market and competition analyses to collaboration on product requirements, testing and product documentation.
You plan, control and develop our management software for highly regulated areas and critical infrastructures - together with the product owner, team and customers.
